Tom has experience working in a large international law firm, clerking for a District Court Judge, and working in-house for global software and technology corporations. I help clients form partnerships, LLCs, and Corporations.  I advise businesses on federal trademark registration and enforcement, copyright registration and litigation, and protection of trade secrets & confidential information. I draft and negotiate licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s), non-compete agreements, consulting and employee & independent contractor agreements. My clients have included publicly traded, global consulting services company, information technology services companies, a European-based consumer technology company, physician practice groups, small business owners, start-ups, non-profits, artists, and authors.

I have advised clients on matters related to corporate governance, entity formation, trademark, copyright, Stark Law compliance, Anti-Kickback Statute compliance, indemnification, licensing, contract law, and litigation.
