Colorado Court of Appeals Affirms Trial Court Win by Thomas P. Walsh, III

Today, November 12, 2020, the Colorado Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court in favor of our client, Loxone Electronics, GmbH, in a breach of contract claim arising from a contract for the purchase of consumer tablet devices. The Court of Appeals agreed with the trial court and this law firm that the termination of the agreement did not rise to a breach of contract, and that the Plaintiff was not entitled to over $1.7 million in damages. This was an excellent result for the client after several years of litigation.
